  Medical Practice Valuation

The medical practice valuation that we perform is an informational summary valuation regarding the economic and financial valuation of a specific medical practice at a specific period of time. During the course of our engagement our Economist will review and examine a variety of economic, accounting and financial documents, data and supporting information regarding the clients medical practice.

All the information, which is gathered during the valuation period, is for the client’s private use with respect to the economic and financial valuation of their existing medical practice and is kept in the strictest of confidence.

The professional valuation reports we prepare are based upon many years of experience as business Economist. Unlike others who prepare general and medical valuation reports, and whose related activities in the medical industry might jeopardize the independent status of a valuation, our reports clearly authenticate the overall trends, economic and financial fiber and structure of the medical industry that confirm the basis of the final conclusion.

Each of the techniques we use in valuating a medical practice is an established methodology with the Excess Earnings Method mandated by the Internal Revenue Service under Revenue Ruling 68-609.

These valuation reports are required in regard to the purchase or sale of a practice, death of a provider, borrowing or refinancing, divorce, merger and acquisitions or other specific reasons, which will arise during the normal course of business.
